Long Range Hunting
- We take clients on hunts where we are able to take animals at ranges of 250m up to 1250m.
- Mahathi Pursuit has a specialized group of trainers, professional hunters and long range specialists that enable us to offer a challenge to clients that truly test their shooting ability.
- It depends on the clients equipment and experience level on how far we would hunt, but our team will help you in both regards to achieve your goal.
- Long range hunting is a true passion for us and very rewarding for those that venture into it.
Compound / Crossbow Hunting
- We offer clients the opportunity to do all forms of Bow hunting and Crossbow hunting
- You can either setup in a blind or you can try to outsmart them with walk and stalk
- Each client are always amazed at the amount of animals we have and give them opportunities on.
Walk and Stalk & Danagerous Game Hunts
- We offer the traditional walk and stalk hunting with rifles on most of the plains game found in South Africa.
- Dangerous game hunts is always a challenge. Talk to us about the various types of experiences and Packages.
- We hunt Buffaloes, Lions, Crocodiles, Hyenas, Elephant, Leopard and Hippo.

TENTED CAMP 6 DAY PLAINS GAME WITH TRANSFERS – $11950 (per hunter. Min 2 hunters)
This package consists of 6 full hunting days at Mahathi Bush Lodge in the Limpopo province and includes the following:
- Kudu Bull up to 52″
- Nyala Bull
- Zebra
- Impala
- Wildebeest
Whats included:
- Transfers to and from Johannesburg International are included.
- Accommodation, Meals and soft drinks and Professional Staff.
- 6 nights accommodation in very well kitted tented camp
- Electricity, hot water, Cell signal / Wi-Fi available in Camp
- Rifle Rental at $100 once off.

This hunt takes place in the bushveld which is a mixture of trees and Savannah. The hunting topography is quite flat and easy to maneuver and the shrubs and bushes provide good cover to approach animals. There are an abundance of animals on the property which stretches 2800 acres. Its is a High-fenced property with excellent trophy quality animals.
WILDEBEEST SLAM HUNTING PACKAGE 5 DAYS WITH TRANSFERS – $7900
This package consists of 6 full hunting days at Mahathi Bush Lodge in the Limpopo province and includes the following:
- Black Wildebeest
- Blue Wildebeest
- Golden Wildebeest

Daily Rate Includes
- Accommodation during your hunt.
- All meals, bottled water, non-alcoholic soft drinks.
- Bush lunches and sundowners.
- Field preparation of trophies including skinning, salting and drying.
- A licensed Professional hunter.
- Tracker, skinners and camp staff.
- Daily laundry services.
- 4×4 Hunting vehicle.
- Trophy animals that are exported are VAT exempt.
- 15% VAT charged on transport and all daily rates.
Daily Rate Excludes
- Trophy fees of animals taken, or wounded and lost as per current trophy pricelist.
- Wounded and lost animals will incur an additional 15% VAT charge above list price.
- Taxidermy fees for dipping, packing and shipping costs to final destination.
- Taxidermy price list available on request.
- Hotel accommodation before and after the contracted period.
- Alcoholic beverages is for clients own separate account.
- Firearms importation fees into South Africa.
- Commercial air charters between hunting areas if requested by clients.
- Medical and travel expenses – Please arrange your own medical and travel insurance.
- Flights to and from South Africa.

Terms and Conditions
- Bookings are confirmed when 15% of the total daily rate is paid by EFT or credit card.
- No personal or bank guaranteed cheques are accepted.
- The daily rate balance is payable on commencement of your stay.
- Clients can cancel and receive refund (minus bank charges) if they cancel 1 month before commencement dat. If client cancels within 1 month of planned date of arrival client will not receive refund, but will be able to re-book hunt on another date that is convenient to the outfitters schedule and in the same calendar year.
- All prices are quoted in US Dollar $.
- All clients and observers are required to sign our indemnity form, before your stay with us commences.
- Mahathi Pursuit does not accept any responsibility for loss, theft, personal injury or death arising during or after your stay with us. Please arrange own medical cover, travel insurance and cancellation cover.
